On the whole, my partner and I had a reasonable experience with Chancellors, with both this and the East Oxford branch. Aside from not always knowing who our point of contact was, Rebecca Joel was frequently the source of answers and quick responses, which we greatly appreciated. Phone calls were always followed by confirmation emails, which was good from a paper-trail point of view. However, we felt that our details were passed onto quite a lot of third-parties, selling insurance, internet, etc., which became occasionally annoying.On the whole, we would recommend.
The change over to new tenants has been handled very well by Rebecca Joel especially as there were many last minute issues - professional and moved things on quickly to meet the original move in date.
Chancellors run my property very well. I deal in particular with Annie Sparks, Heather Wilson and Rebecca Joel. Sometimes it can be a bit confusing because so many different people deal with all the various aspects of running the property - letting, advertising, maintenance etc. However, the overall management is pretty good and I heartily recommend Chancellors if you have a property to let.
I'm happy to give Rob Webb and Keri Harrison 5 stars for their constant professionalism. I had various maintenance issues this year which needed to be attended to. As soon as I informed Chancellors of the issues, Rob took immediate action and what impressed me most was how he kept me fully informed of developments and was able to manage my expectations throughout. It was the same with Kerri. When the time came for my tenancy to be renewed, she managed everything swiftly and efficiently and like Rob, kept me fully in the loop. Her email communications were a masterclass in efficiency and clarity. It's inspiring professionals like Rob and Kerri that make enterprises like Chancellors the well-deserved success they are.
