I have recently let my property with Carson while it is up for sale, and are extremely pleased with the whole service, they kept me informed of all potential tenants and found a tenant really quickly. As i don't live locally, Nick and his team have dealt with every thing and sent agreements through via email for signing etc. They listened and dealt with every question I had very quickly. The rate for the full management service is really good which puts my mind at rest. All fees are taken from the monthly rent so no up front expense. I finally got a chance to meet the team on Friday 25th May and they were genuinely friendly. A lovely trait to have in an industry that can be very stressful. Would recommend Carson's Bracknell for both sale and rental services.
Avoid their online only product offering, it is not a matured service and does not sell properties.
Poor poor poor. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them. They lacked attention to detail and basic customer service skills. Their primary aim is to take your money and once that is done forget you paid for a service. Dealing with them was frustrating and to top it off we faced a mammoth 2.5 month battle to get our deposit back in the end.
In a stressful purchase, the guys at Carson & Co were great. Keeping me informed and up to date when required, they chased all queries and made me feel at ease with the purchase.If i come to eventually sell. I will definately be using there services!
The worst experience I've ever had ... They charged me fees 300% above market and delivered poor service in customer care and property management... The checkout was also poor, resulted to additional charges to me...Be really careful with every single detail in T&C with Carson&Co if no other choice but dealing with them
