Am not sure if other reviews are real ..... I have got amazing experience with this agency ....... simply the best around, I have to say they exceed my expectation and I would recommend them .... super friendly staff and great professional customer services, it took them just few hours to sort me out ...... super happy customer I was after I left the office.
Ive been with these guys for over a year and had a couple of different properties with them. If theres been anything that needs fixing, any issues with other tenants or neighbours then Forest have acted immediately and without hesitation. The staff are all lovely and cannot do enough to ensure youre happy.
In regards to Mariusz Potkaj's review - I am happy to confirm that he used to be my neighbour and not only I can support his words but I will also add my own as I did rent from Forrest as well - they tried to do a scam on both of us by overcharging us on utility bills which they dealt with - even though that the bills should have been in our names. They never wanted to actually show us the bills, they just gave us some made up figures. It's close to impossible to get in touch with them. Renting from them was the most stressfull time for my wife and myself ever! Allagents reviews say everything. DO AVOID them at all costs!
Like the long con, the confidence trick. Truly a subordinate estate agency. Aggressive and degenerate type staff. Rude and bullying down trained staff. Be warned. Put your deposit in a holding company. At least you are protected with your deposit.. Be careful.
Ive had to deal with some bad estate agents in the past but Forrest are absolutely the most incompetent. It took them over a month to tell the Deposit Protection Service to return our deposit (they agreed there were no deductions at checkout). They insisted that we prove the utilities were settled before the deposit would be returned, even though it's absolutely nothing to do with the landlord (accounts in our name) and we left a forwarding address. Still we provided this but they were nothing but slow, rude, petulant and useless. We were charged a 150 check out fee; when it came time for the checkout inspection they spent less than 10 minutes looking round and gave us no paperwork. Moving out of one of their properties has been the most stressful I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend that you avoid them strongly enough.
