Great service, slightly on the pricey side
Took car in for 2nd service with these guys and couldn't be more happier. It was serviced on time, to maint schedule, and everyone was very polite. Especially Nigel who met me out front when I parked up. Dave who I met also knew his stuff and was very professional throughout. Thanks alot.
Vauxhall experts could not fix my air con in two days so i have had to have summer with windows open while i find another Vauxhall dealership.They need better engineers and shouldn't claim to be Vauxhall experts .Dont waste your time if you need your car fixed ASAP . it will cost you more waiting for them to diagnose the issue .
Had my car booked in for its mot at 8:30 in the morning saying i needed it asap, didnt get back to me until gone 4 in the afternoon to tell me it had failed and it would need over 700 worth of work done to it, phoned a garage 5 minutes around the corner who did the work and extras for less than 200. When trying to bring the car back for a retest 3 days later after the work was done they were apparently fully booked for the next week conveniently the amount of time before you had to pay for another retest. No staff i dealt with sounded like they cared at all other than getting the most money out of me possible, will not be returning and will be trying to deter everyone i know from ever going here.
Took my Astra in that had a permenant right indicator on. The team said they had never seen the problem before but set to investigating the issue. The initial fix did not work, however kindly the cost for this was wiped. The problem was addressed with a different fix - the car is now back to normal. Professional service throughout.
