GOT MY E CLASS SERVICED FROM MERCANIX LAST YEAR AND WAS TOLD WILL UPDATE THE DIGITAL SERVICE HISTORY ONLINE.. IVE CHECKED ONLINE IT DOSENT SHOW THAT CAR WAS SERVICED WITH THEM .. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT SO MAY EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO INVOICE OR RECEIPT WAS GIVEN.. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY RUN BY COW BOYS.
They diagnosed the problem with my car however the part I needed was out of stock and so the mechanic asked me to call up after 2 weeks to book another appointment when it was available. Ive tried calling them for weeks and months now but no one ever picks up the phone and they havent returned any of my voicemails. Really disappointed after reading such good reviews that they dont seem to want my custom or to help me fix the problem. The diagnosis on my car also took a full hour which wasnt needed - the mechanic seemed to be dragging it out and spent time chilling on his phone, which I felt a little ripped off by. Really disappointed with the level of service as I expected much better.
B service performed on my Mercedes by Andy which is good guy. Issue is not any receipt, invoice or digital report added to my car. Basically my car does not have full service history due to use this company. I don't have a way of proving service was done. Tried call dozens of times at difference hours of day. No answer at all. No answer to emails, texts nothings. Been at Michaels house once, and he promised to send it to me By email. 2 months gone and still no email. Been to his house again, I'm sure he was in but didn't answer the door. I don't know what's happening with this company but for me was the last time. Avoid at all.
