Very unimpressed. A few days ago I pre-booked an a.m tyre fitting with ECO Test for this morning through BlackCircles. I was a bit nervous when the booking form said they had a first come first served system and to arrive early 'to avoid disappointment'. I took the car in at 9.15 this morning; it's now 14:00 so I rang them to be told it's going in in the next half hour so won't be ready before about 15.30. Person on the desk this morning was unhelpful - he didn't ask where the locking wheel nut was so I had to tell him and got me to give my phone number which he wrote down on the form right next to where it was already printed. Sad - my wife has had good service here a few years back but based on this experience they've lost it or become victims of their own success. Won't use them again
