Been using ShopTo for about 2 years now and never had any issues as the games i have purchased have come on time or even before release date. Good honest customer service. Certain aspects on the website can be tweaked on Account Management, but apart from that i highly recommend ShopTo for customers looking to purchases games or other items.
Not sure about others experience in here but I've been using ShopTo for all my gaming purchases for years now and it's by far the most competitive option out there. A few blips but when I've had to use them, the customer service is honest, transparent and has ended in a good result for me. Account management on the site could do with a refresh to make things clearer but would recommend ShopTo to anyone.
I ordered a playstation 4 bundle on black friday i payed using amazon, then got a confirmation that the payment was successful. A week went by and nothing came, no confirmation email no nothing, my emails to them enquring were also ignored. I had to spend extra money calling them (because its not free), i was told they would get back to me ethier with a refund or an update on the playstation. Anyway its Christmas day and still i have nothing from them, No email, no refund, no playstation. From the service i was provided i would reccomend this site to be avoided completly.
Late update; both Melisa and rob was helpful in the end and sorted the issue hassle-free, Thank you.I placed an order for a games console bundle during black Friday 2017 and have been waiting ever since , spoke to Melisa who informed me that my order would be sent on the 8th Dec but shockingly that never happened !Instead got an email from Rob saying there is further delay to my order.
I purchased a PS4 Pro package earlier this year, with a number of extra games and an additional controller purchased separately. When the order arrived they had sent a standard PS4 and some of the games and the extra controller ordered were missing I contacted them but their customer service response was slow sometimes I didnt even receive a response to emails and had to send chaser emails. The whole process was labour-some. Eventually I managed to get a resolution but I had to arrange the return of the original order, wait for that to be processed at the warehouse and then wait for a new shipment to be sent out. When it arrived the controller came in a badly damaged box, not a major problem but perhaps further demonstrates the poor standards here. Overall I was disappointed with what I believed to be a reputable company.
