Brill, had to get a tool, went to tool station, screwfix and wickes, all of which said the tool I need was order in only, on the off chance went to Halfords and wolah every hand tool you could dream off in stock ready to go. Sweet, going to go back tomorrow and get some more of their tools.
Very disappointed with the service we received from the spares dept we asked the male assistant for new number plates from his body language you knew he did not want to do them then said we could not have on them what we wanted he started to make them then came back to ask how fussy we were as the printing was not good the machine was not working well and eitber irder them that would take a good week or go to another store which we did .we went to Winnersh store served by Adrian complete different service he was excellent. Tried to call Bracknell store to complain to the manager after waiting for ever to find him gave up.
Asked about car seat bases - someone was sent over who supposedly knew about car seats. Didnt have a clue what he was talking about he thought they only had one base for sale but I had checked before hand and they have a few. He was totally disinterested in me. This person is supposed to be in charge of car seat safety!! I wouldnt trust him with my babys car seat.
Popped in to grab some engine oil, staff happy to help supply the correct oil for my Audi rs3
