They are always busy with patients. Some time I'm struggling to get an appointment.
Without a doubt! 5 STAR, both my husband and I are very pleased with the service we receive from from the Doctors and all other staff at Easthampstead Surgery, we feel well cared for at all times, if you treat the staff with respect, they will respect you in return. We would highly recommend this Surgery.
For starters, their phone up for triage system ends at 10am, so basically after 10am you can't get an appointment! Then even when you do get on the line before 10am you gotta leave a message and "wait" for them to call you back (that's if they even bother calling back at all!) then if for whatever reason they have closed the office, instead of putting a message on the phone line, instead you put on hold for how ever long till you give up (I went 15 minutes) , honestly it's worse that jobcentre new claims phone line! So how about when you do get an app?? Hahaha, don't be fooled, because although your appointment is at half past, you won't be seen till at least 10 to. If not later. Worst gp surgery ever
No one can believe what happens, when I saw female doctor it was appointment for me and my daughter same time, we had cold and the doctor had to examine our throat and ears, she picked a stick from a cup filled with pens and put it on my daughters ear then when she finished she put it back in the cup!!!!!!not just that she had to examine my ear she put the thing not sure if its called a thermometer , without placing the plastic cup that is disposable !! She put in my ear, I reported all that to reception and I received a letter saying sorry after investigating the matter. Really!!!!, Thais GP should be band, although the receptionist are very nice and chatty
