I took my kids and mother there, doctors and nurses are always very friendly and they look after you very well. Really nice and clean place.
Great place and free parking
They're an utter mess. They texted me about an appointment I knew nothing about, but they never sent a letter and they couldn't explain what it was for. I gave up and finally went - an hour away from my home, which is right next to RBH in Reading. The Bracknell doctor wrote a prescription which the pharmacist couldn't read. The disorganization and mistakes continued.
Free parking, blood testing area much less busy than RBH. Comfortable chairs in the concourse, friendly staff.
Have been to the Healthspace on a number of occasions for myself and with family members. For referrals I cant fault them. Its a much calmer environment than the RBH and mostly really quick. Ive been in the door, up to the first floor for a blood test and in my car again in under five minutes - I cant say that its always like this but I havent had to wait long on any occasions that Ive been. Some reviewers have mentioned rudeness from staff and I have witnessed a certain level of brusqueness from a nurse when visiting the out of hours department with a relative.
