I wonder why I have to pay full price for my membership while you are working and creating service disruption for at least 2 months, this is stressing all members and more important we are paying for a service which is not provided as it should, I feel like all of us deserve to pay less for the duration of works. Instead you dont care and you just increased our memberships again...
DON'T JOIN IF YOU WANT 8-15% INCREASES EACH YEAR!!!!Avoid this place if you don't want to be paying inflation busting price rises each year. The membership and management team fob you off with worthless monotone responses and don't even read in to your views or points. Awful from top to bottom. The food is overpriced too ...and awful!
SPA is so filthy that there is a black line of dirt on the side, you can complain as much as you like, but it does not get cleaned. Disgusting
A really great club, with the facilities always improving. Lovely staff, especially in the creche. Restaurant / Bar is comfortable and reasonably prices for light meals and snacks.
I used to highly rate this gym when it was run by Virgin, but since becoming David Lloyds the place seems to not want children there. I use the club primarily for the swimming pool where my daughter can no longer use the big pool before 3pm. I was there yesterday and had to get out and go to the learner pool where non-swimmers prevent you from actually swimming. My daughter is in the Bracknell swim squad and she was there because she wanted to train, not to play. She wants to represent her club, county and one day her country. I did explain this but to no avail. What kind of example are you setting?There was only one other person in the big pool at the time. What a waste.I resigned my entire family membership as I left and no-one cared.
