Great refurbished gym with sauna freindly and helpfull workers/owners would highly recommended especially for the price
The gym is small but the equipment is really good and has Sauna. James is the owner and the service is amazing. Very friendly staff, puts the customer first and will help you with any goals.

Great gym with great facilities. Good free weights and bodymax machines and plenty of cardio machines. Always a comfortable, positive atmosphere with friendly, helpful and available staff. For very reasonable price. Fully recommend.
