Excellent gym, staff who are happy to demonstrate equipment or give ideas. There is a women's only part, large mixed part with loads of cardio and weight machines. Never too busy. Full of normal people not lycra clad preening in the mirror types. The "testosterone" room downstairs isn't too intimidating, the men don't look and stare as they do at other gyms, and will show you how to use equipment.
Insufficient parking. Too many members. Always waiting for equipment to become free. Definitely geared towards fitness and not weights
Charlatans, I went to the gym with my friend, who is a member, typed in my reg correctly, and I got fined 60 by civil enforcement. Dont need this hassle to become a new member.
Love going to this gym. It has a separate ladies gym with multiple treadmills, rowing machines, cross-trainers etc.... it isnt decorated in windows so there is a bit of privacy, however, the ladies gym does have windows all around it, so people in the car park can definitely see you, especially when it starts to get darker, so even though they are trying to make it private and so girls can feel more comfortable, people can still see you (which is sometimes off putting) however, they do have a unisex section upstairs with weights, cardio, boxing, mats etc.... and no one from outside can see you, so you can always go up there if you dont want outsiders staring in at you. Lovely clean gym, staff are friendly and helpful, toilets and locker spaces are clean. Would not go to any other gym in Bracknell.
An excellent gym with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It offers a wide variety of classes and equipment,spaced out over two floors- the functional area being one of my favourites. Additional fun to be had on dress up/fund raising days. All of the staff and PT' s are friendly and helpful (especially Lewis and Alex who have gone above and beyond to help me).
