Absolute cowboys!Accused us of rewinding thethe mileometer, stated a scratch that other garages said could be buffed out meant the wing needed replacing and would not give us a final offer. Whilst there, the guy called me 'bruv' all the time, was on the phone to his girlfriend and made an initial offer FOUR THOUSAND LESS THAN THE WEB SITE VALUATION. In the end we walked away, local garage offered us a few hundred less than their web site variation and laughed when we told them our experience - apparently they've heard it time and again.
Probably the easiest way to sell your old car but not necessarily at the best price you could achieve privately. Nevertheless, they take all the hassle out of the sale. My car purchase was dealt with in a very pleasant and professional manner and I was happy with the result. Nothing is binding so at least give them a try.
