Arrived at 8:00am for a recall booking. Quickly booked in and given coffee whilst I waited. All done within 50 minutes including a Health Check.
Booked my car online and received a call to select date and arrange courtesy car. All went smoothly and easily. After the car was serviced I received a video showing a technician explaining all the parts of the car that were checked which gave me peace of mind it was done thoroughly. The staff at the service centre were all polite and helpful and my car was cleaned inside and out when finished. I would recommend Bracknell Ford without hesitation.
