I recently bought my A Class from Mercedes Ascot. James was brilliant I walked in on a Saturday and he gave up his lunch break in order to sit down with me. Within 2 days he found the car I wanted and had it moved across from Slough so I could test drive it before hand. Everyone was so helpful and did all they could to fit around me and work. When it came to pick my car up they made the whole experience amazing. Covering the car in a cloth and taking it off as I arrived. Thank you to James and the Ascot team!
