Really nice pub. Most of it is only about ten years old but designed to look like it belongs to the original farm house. I get a lot of work colleagues visiting from many countries and they always want to have dinner here. Particularly nice in the gardens in summer. Only downside it gets very busy and if you can't find a table then it's not really the kind of bar you can sit at.
Family pub, come restaurant. Good pub food ideal for families. Outdoor eating available weather permitting. Large play area for children.
Well managed with efficient staff. Always busy which is a good sign, but plenty of parking. Doesn't have the character of some pubs further away, but recommended nevertheless.
I went there to meet with a friend and this place is really amazing. I loved the coziness of the relaxing atmosphere. It's was warm and despite the numbers of clients there, it was also quiet. This is a pub where it's possible to enjoy a conversation. I think it's an ideal place if you want to meet with people coming from various places because it's near the A329 and the M4. So there is no need to drive through any town center to get there. One extra star because the place seems really engaged with some local charities and supports the Air Ambulance service.Plenty of parking space. Bays are large. You can park an M5, an E-Class or a Range Rover between two cars without any issue.
Nice food, reasonably priced, good service. Haven't been there for a while, about 18 months, after an awful birthday celebration. Glad we went back, nice pleasant helpful staff. We had a lovely evening. Can't wait to go back...
