Great food nice friendly and helpful staff. Terrible uncomfortable seating benches NOT for anyone with hip, knee or back problems. Needs more comfortable seating.
Not to everyone's taste, but they do make a great bowl of noodles....
Tried the online order and collect service, food was just as good as if dining in, well presented and ready at stayed collection time.
When this branch opened it was excellent. Then it became average and that is where it remains. Having been in a couple of times a month over the past 6 months I can honestly say that it has gone into some sort of decline.The food is still good but the wait staff can be awful. There are really long gaps in the service and last time I was in there there was a 30 minute gap between two of exactly the same dishes. 30 minutes. I know that "food is cooked and served when it is ready" but when you hear the excuse that they have staff shortages every time you visit then there is some sort of problem.I really wish they would sort the staff shortages out, this is easily the best place to eat in Bracknell town centre.
Food was lovely as always, there's a great selection of vegan dishes. Staff were very friendly and the service was very fast. Definitely recommend the Kare Burosu Ramen.
