Very much improved! My boyfriend and I ate at Bill's in December and the food was pretty poor. The chef couldn't manage a medium - rare steak after 3 attempts, and my vegetarian option was chosen from a meagre menu, and served lukewarm. We went back on Saturday, with a voucher, or we wouldn't have bothered, and the food and service was so much better. The vegetarian menu has been overhauled and is actually worth paying for now, and the service was hugely improved. The food was a bit late in coming out and we were offered complementary drinks which we thought was a nice touch. All in all we had a great night and we're pleased we didn't write off Bill's last month!

Nice vibe and good food. The snack I had was very nice and healthy but the price tag wasn't really. However a good feel and ambience. I was happy sitting on my own in there. Hot choc was a bit on the luke warm side though.
I thought the food was great, couldn't really ask for much more in that area. The cheesecake was my personal favourite, the base was great and helped to add a lot of depth overall to the flavour. The atmosphere was nice as well, although personally I felt that the lights are dimmed a little too much. Service was good, didn't have to wait long at all for the courses to be served. Overall I thought it was a great casual restaurant, which is can accommodate large groups really well.
