Not particularly reliable (calls not returned, documents not sent promptly), and not particularly helpful.
Don't use - very poor service for a simple 2-bed flat purchase with no chains. Did all the chasing and passed to about 4 people to handle my case before someone took ownership. To top it all off they didn't pay HMRC the stamp duty within 30 days of completion despite having given them all the funds and I got a letter demanding it plus a fine and interest.
Slow and do not respond... Called up to use them for conveyancing and a message was taken with a promise of sending me through the details on email later that day. After 2 days I called back to chase and phone went straight to voicemail throughout the day. Two weeks later I receive two copies of forms through the post (two days apart) having messaged them to say I wouldn't be using them.
Never ever use Wilson Berry, their incompetence know now boundaries, you would never believe that they do this for a living. I was dealing with Robert Pringle and his assistant Tina, who threw my lease away and then swore blind she had never received it. We were waiting for one final document to exchange and they never once chased for this document, and when I chased I was told it was send to Robert and Tina they day before, even though Tina said she had not received it. Don't take my word for it though, take a ride to their offices, the place is a filth mess it's no wonder they lose documents. If you want to use someone highlight recommended go to Bates in Fleet.
