I had read good reviews and had a couple of phone conversations with a very helpful lady called Catherine.Today I requested an opportunity to have a short meeting with a lady called Jaki about our Wills. I simply wanted to meet the person with whom we would potentially be spending a lot of money. The answer from Catherine is that there are No Free Appointments not even for a few minutes. The charge for the first hour would be 75 plus VAT. Yes this amount would be covered if we decided to definitely go ahead with the Wills. During our lives we have paid lots of money to professional persons for a wide range of family needs and without exception we have had the opportunity to meet the person who would have full responsibility for completing the work and ensuring we were 100% happy with all parts of the transaction.I find it very difficult to accept that the legal profession feels the need to operate in a very different manner than the vast majority of other professional trade persons .What a pity
