Some lovely doctors, especially me and my wifes favourite; Dr McBurnie, he is such a lovely bloke, my wife finds it very hard to trust the medical profession but he has won her heart. A doctor that will listen and educate you honestly is such a breath of fresh air, hell answer all your questions and wont rush you out until your done (Im always very continuous the tight time table they have to run too) thank Dr McBurnie. The reception staff let the place down, there so unhappy, they need more of a positive mental attitude, take a hint from the doctors- Smile!
My family and I have have been with this practice for over 2 years and barr one apathetic doctor, every doctor and nurse we've seen has been fantastic. We just make sure we don't see the apathetic doctor! The treatment provided has been second to none, and the referrals have been done promptly.
After moving from another local surgery due to very bad lack of care to Waterfield, I have to say it's been the best decision for me and my family. We have complex health needs and I have to say things have moved so quickly forward since moving to this surgery. I haven't met a GO in the practice yet that is rude or unhelpful. The only issue we have is sometimes the prescriptions but that's not often. I can't thank this surgery enough for what they have done for us!! Definetly recommend!
Rude receptionists, very hard to make an appointment for this place. I've moved to the one in Birch Hill, that place is much better.
Can hardly ever get an appointment and when you do you're greeted with an extremely rude receptionist
