Avoid at all costs, GPs are negligent and receptionist is rude and does not uphold confidentiality.

Been with Dr Rao for years.Always very pleasant and kind. Listens to what you have to say and is happy to put you in for scans/x rays etc if you're worried about a health problem that won't go away.I've had many a problem eased with piece of mind after being referred for tests.I've ALWAYS been able to get an appointment that day and I believe Monday's are open late.Never had a problem in all the years I've been there.
Worst GP ive been to in my life. I moved alot anf had over 10 GPs. By far this is definitely the worst. They dont answer calls. Dr.s rush you. Service is terrible
Really bad surgery, they never take appointments if I call them. The only person that is willing to help you is a lovely Nurse Fiona. She's the only reason I'm still there. The receptionist she seems to pick whoever she wants to book.
