Fantastic 24/7 - this is the first time I had used storage and found it simple and easy to use. One the one occasion there was an issue with access during out of hours on a Sunday (broken door motor) the Manager, Andrew, made arrangements with those who needed access and made himself available on a Sunday to ensure we had access to our units until the door was fixed on the Monday.
I visited this facility last month and was amazed by the lack of service given, when I arrived at the reception there was a person called Andy on the phone. I could overhear that he was talking to a colleague and telling him how wonderful he was, modesty clearly was not his forte! What made me more annoyed is that no effort was made to acknowledge my presence until he had finished his 5 minutes of self appreciation, I was then greeted with a sharp "How can I help" , after talking through my items I needed to store it was decided that I needed a 16 sq ft unit, and this seemed to disappoint him in some way, almost as if I was an inconvenience that I required a smaller unit. I was shown the unit which was very dirty on the walls, and the floor was also in desperate need of a mop, I quickly popped to use the toilet which was in a terrible state of repair and looked as if it had not been cleaned in days! We went back to the reception and said I would think about it, and he agreed to call me back tomorrow, and finished by saying it will probably be gone! I felt this was extremely rude and no offer was made to reserve a unit, something I later found out was an option. I gave my contact number and left thinking what a poor experience of Titan, I had been recommended by a friend that had used another Titan facility but this bare no relation to the experience she had described to me. To my disappointment no further contact was made by the Bracknell store.
Use both an Office and storage unit, staff are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. plenty of parking available and around the clock access to the site. Have been operating out of here for a couple of years now and still very happy. The staff here will always do the best to recommend and accommodate to your needs.
