At first it seems as though it has all this advanced technology, understanding and educational teachers as well as students of a similar nature. This is completely contradicted the more you stay at this place. I am telling this from experience and I am sorry to offend anyone reading this, but this is true on my account. The students are possibly the worst aspect of Garth - teenagers who do not know anything, quite literally who derive pleasure from the stupidest of things. While they are mostly to blame for behaviour, the teachers are responsible also. They should be the authorative ones; reprimanding, disciplining the students as well as providing them with a decent education. I can say there are three teachers who actually do a good job of teaching, perhaps a little more than that. Staff in general are relatively pathetic, only caring about themselves and not going out of their own accord to help troubled students. Mentors, i am talking about in particular, is who I'm basing this off - they're lousy only telling the students to deal with it themselves while, yes the students should, they should help also. One of my biggest concerns is how the school lie to the students, telling them of how OFSTED is claiming we are improving however this is not the case; we are actually a terrible community of teachers who only care for the money or themselves, it seems, and students who have a lack of dignity and humanity. I would like to see a school where teachers do not conflict in minor things with students or fail to teach persistently and students that act proper with etiquette all decent human beings have. Until this is achieved, I am not satisfied.
Hi, Ninja here!I had computer science recently and I didnt do Binary, Im utterly disgraced at not being able to do binary. I was looking forward to computer science because binary was easy.I am livid.This is a serious problem.Also can you change the lunch time priority to Brownlow and Lawrence and Fielden and Haversham as that would benefit the majority of because because we want to have lunch with our friends instead of having to wait to 13:05.WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING,-NinjaEdit: you listened welldone!

one person who has wrote a review on this school cant even spell silence right (scilence). That one sentence speaks for its self about the educational standards that this school has. I highly recommend that YOU DONT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS HORRIFIC SCHOOL!!!!!!!!. unless if you want your child to get no qualifications what so ever then by all means send them to this school. Garth hill college has also implemented a new strategy to keep terrorists out of rooms by using door stops personal i think that just having door stops is a terrible to keep our children safe and out of harms way.
The teachers did not give two thoughts to higher academic students. They simply ignored you and only cared about lower achieving students. I understand that they obviously want to help students pass they classes but to complete blank and leave higher achieving pupils is ridiculous as they are the future. All the attention on the misbehaving kids who simply did not care about class
