Charged 96 for a 1 hour call out that lasted 10 minutes and then got a quote to do the work with another hours worth of labour. Wished I'd just gone to British Gas in the first place. Will not use again.

We recently called out Bracknell plumbing and heating as our shower had wasn't working. We called their office at 8am and by 11 Nathan the engineer had arrived. Nathan diagnosed we need a new shower pump, he ordered a new one there and then and within a few hours had a working shower pump. Excellent service! Nathan was very plesent and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend this company.
Great service again from Bracknell Plumbing and Heating. I have been using them for my landlord certificates and services for a several years but this morning I had a fault with my own house boiler and they had some one here in an hour. Heating is now back on and problem solved. Very very pleased with the work , the fast response and the price. Recommended.
