Wonderful company plenty to choose from
Really disappointed, I paid promptly when I ordered and while I was away working received several messages and missed call regarding having to make payment if I still wanted my delivery the next day. I panicked as I would soon run out of food for my dog and went straight to my bank to pay and realised I had in fact as I thought already paid them. There was No apology from Carniraw and was met again with a horrible attitude and shouting down the phone when they couldnt find my address during delivery. I calmly guided them to my home where all they said was youre a bit out of the way. And dumped the boxes. Horrendous customer service and would never buy again. Which is a shame because I like to support local business and it would be handy for me to shop with carniraw but I would go out of my way to avoid this experience.

Were lucky to have found this place which supplies excellent raw pet food for our Savannah cat. We use Purrform and Nicola and her business are the only place local to us that stock the range. Even better for a small fee Nicola can deliver to home which is first class customer service. Nicola has a genuine passion for her business and really cares about her customers and their pets.
