Shane quoted honestly and fairly and from the start created a very good first impression. He is a hardworking and reliable professional who sets high standards and works until the job is done and constantly check to see if you're completely happy with the work. If there are any snags he is quick to action and rectify them. He is a perfectionist and has an eye for detail and obviously knows his trade very well. We would definitely use Berkshire Painting and Decorating again. Finding a tradesman like Shane is worth its weight in gold.
Deciding to have hallway and landing re-plastered and decorated with a newborn baby and toddler in the house would seem a little crazy. However, the experience was stress free. The job was completed on time to a high standard. There was minimal dust and the house left very tidy each day. We were kept up to date with planned works each day. Would definitely recommend.
My job was cancelled with no warning or reason. I have asked to be contacted but this has not happened either. Very unprofessional. Be wary!
