Mr Delathouche did an amazing job In moving me and my family from our 5 bed house down to Somerset had an amazing eye for detail was extremely polite and Curtious nothing was too much trouble ,. The job was a two day pickup and removal did a fantastic job no damage to our goods all went smoothly very professional service would highly recommended these guys once again a big thankyou to mr Delatouche for making it a stress free removal would highly recommended his services and have booked him to move my Great Aunt fab thanks again .
Disappointed with Mr Delatouche and his team for a number of reasons:1) Caused 180 worth of damage to the only piece of furniture we asked them to take special care of (an Ercol bedframe).2) Flooded the kitchen whilst disconnecting the washing machine and didn't say anything about it. Also damaged the connecting pipe.3) Barely spoke to us. Didn't ask whether there was anything we didn't want packed onto the van. This meant a rucksack with our 9-month-old daughters nappies was packed onto the van. We didnt expect them to unpack the van to retrieve it but rather than apologising about the situation it was said behind our backs that we would have to go to the shop to buy some more.4) Seemed to be in a mad rush despite the fact we were well packed up and only an hour away from our new home. Couldnt spare us 15 minutes to hoover the house and then load the hoover onto the van.5) Grumpy. Especially about the fact that a lot of the boxes needed to go up two flights of stairs even though they had been briefed that this would be the case. Moving home in itself is stressful, when you have a small baby who has just learnt to crawl its even more so. We did everything we could to be well prepared for the day and just a little bit of extra time, patience and courtesy would have gone a long way. But the basics of removals is to move peoples valued possessions with care and even this wasnt achieved.
Phil is a great chap. The entire move was smooth. Helped us with loading and unloading. Excellent service overall. Well done. Highly recommended.
