Ordered a 18 pizza and chips.. Delivery was fast when I received my ham and pineapple Pizza there was no pineapple and the ham was burnt was dry no taste at all. When I rang to explain I was told I would not be getting a refund. Customer service was awful very rude. I will never order from this place again.
Worst chicken doner kebab. had 3 or 4 pieces of chicken then binned it. Full of grease, fat and grissle, salad was old. Not fit for human consuption at all! Go elswhere!
Had a pizza from here recently. Definitely get your monies worth here. So tasty. I came here from West London to try it and its defo the best pizza I had in a long while
Tonight I ordered food from here. They were an hour and a half late, I call up to see where my order is. They explain that the driver is stuck in traffic which I fully understand. Later on I sit down to eat my food and the nuggets were soggy and cold also my chips were chewy and soggy. Worst place to order from. I then called up and asked if I could speak to a manager after half an hour on hold and I explain the situation to him. He says never had a complaint Im not refunding. I said I at least want an apology not a refund even though I had to throw the food in the bin! Throughout the conversation he reapeatdly says I dont care Ive never had a complaint. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
I honestly cant understand the negative ratings on here. So the place closes at about 10 - they do most of their business before then and can choose their own time to close. The portions arent big enough? Thats funny because the pictures youve posted look fairly sizeable. Maybe cut down a bit? Their hygiene is not bad otherwise they wouldnt have a good health rating so thats rubbish. And as for not giving you a deal - they can charge what they want. If you dont like it, find somewhere else! Ive never had a kebab here and I normally pick up as I live around the corner. The pizza is just right - loaded with toppings and a nice thick crust. There is a bit of grease but its the kind youd expect on a takeaway pizza and you always end up very full. There are some good offers on the massive (18) pizzas. Order online - its just easier!
