This place ruined my 800 fur coat and refused to take liability for what they have done. Rude and arrogant and am going ahead and filling a claim against them in small claims court. Avoid at all costs
Do not use this dry cleaners. Rude service pay up front and never open when you want to collect. Absolute joke of a place. Be warned!!!!

Would never set foot in the place again - the manager is extremely rude, knows nothing about customer service and failed (3 times) to satisfactorily clean my wife's dress. Did not offer an apology, did not offer any money back, just indifference. Had been an infrequent customer for 20 odd years and the service has definitely declined. Surprised they have any customer base left with an attitude like that. What they need to realise is that people speak to other people and word soon gets around about how poor they are - all for the simple lack of manners and a sensible approach to a valid customer complaint. Do not use them.
