Avoid! We bought a bed which was completely different to the pictures when it arrived, had no instructions and was very poor quality. After months of waiting for the company to collect they picked up the bed then denied ever having collected, luckily there was video evidence of it being picked up, and paypal then refunded. Very shady business practices

Dreadful customer service and shady business practices - avoid!Did not send an order confirmation, despite my requesting it via phone three times, then expected me to pay for the order without any documentation. Once they arranged delivery, they claimed they could not move the item from the van into the house without help. When I refused, citing their ground floor delivery policy, they said they would have to re-arrange delivery and charge me for bringing it into the house - the charge they quoted was higher than the amount on the website (for delivery to upstairs room of choice). When I pointed this out, they amended the website to match (I have saved a cached version). Will never order from them again.
