Last year I purchased flowers for my wife (anniversary)and a balloon stating "I love you" when it arrived it did not state anything, I was told that's all they had at the time or the order, its a bit like sending a card with nothing written inside, my opinion, dont advertise a product if you cant supply the item, when you consider they advertise a number of ballons with "I Love you" stated. if you run out, pop down to the shops and buy some more, its not rocket science. I made the mistake of going back to this florist recently, I ordered flowers and again a balloon with "I love you" on it. (anniversary). They did one better this time, no balloon at all. Rather than opoligies to me, they handed to my wife at my house the cost of the balloon in coins, in a plain white envelope. Silly me I was expecting a huge sorry and possibly a free box of chocolates or something for my wife. I must add one more thing, they phoned me up to ask my wife's name for the card attached to the flowers, think about it, its going to my house, she is my wife, its our anniversary as stated in the message, who else would I be addressing, I only have the one wife as far as I know, and I am pretty sure she knows her own name and our anniversary date. The flowers were fine but the service was terrible. I will not be going back to this florist when there are so many out there with flowers just as nice only with a much better service.
