Went to buy a tablet for my mum. Service was very quick and easy (unlike currys where they never have anything in stock) and the customer service was great!!!
I dont understand why they getting good reviews! They return policy is wrong , example( if you buy a laptop but you are not happy with it ..working slow or any other reason they won't refund! You got 30 day return but they won't accept it) reason! , this product is not in our range( company) is from different company:))

Just plain horrible service from the manager who shunted me out the door as soon as i mentioned the word refund. Will not be going back to Bracknell due to the manager of all people, even the store colleague apologise.
