No doubt Fenwicks is a lovely store but I'm disappointed that the range of products, clothes in particular that were in Bentalls (from the same group) is nowhere near as good. I think one would find it difficult to find women's clothes above a size 14 and what is there is extraordinary expensive. I personally only visit for my cosmetics which aren't stocked elsewhere , or to have a break in their very nice cafe.
I only went there to buy a new belt for my suit. There was a huge choice! It looks a good store in general for good quality clothing.
Really good service. Good stock of good quality items. Parking very easy with ice wide bays. No queues. Less than 1hr - 1.40.
Great department store with an excellent range of products! The store feels modern and welcoming and the staff are very friendly. It would be good if there was a loyalty scheme so that you could build up points to use on future purchases. The carpark is right next door which is convenient and the building looks stunning at night with the lights on!
Fenwick Bracknell is a truly pleasurable place to shop. The staff are friendly. I was particularly impressed with customer service at the Atelier Cologne where I felt welcome and appreciate. Ramila , who works at Atelier Cologne is a true professional. She helped me to chose the best fragrance for my husband, she really went an extra mile for me with service, most beautiful packaging and engraving. When the fragrance was packaged - it was a masterpiece. Needless to say that my husband was very happy and impressed! I would definitely recommend visiting Atelier Cologne in Fenwick. You will receive an outstanding service, personal approach and of course walk out with a smile!
