Wonderful professional service!I cannot complain, I continue to return even though I now live a good 40 miles away.
This is the first bad review I have ever left so be aware that I didn't do this lightly! I have just called to talk to the receptionist about an appointment and to query their costs for different treatments etc. and half the way through the lady just put the phone down on me. I called back to ask why to which she replied I have other patients and put the phone down again! When I then called back to ask why she kept doing so she said she has other people there and put the phone down again without any warning just a goodbye and that's it! I wouldn't have minded if I had been rude to her and she put the phone down but there was none of that what so ever - very strange!Now when I go to the dentist I rely on a good and polite service which you will NOT receive if you use this dentist surgery as the receptionist on the front desk on 28.09.15 at around 14:30 has absolutely no manners what so ever! I have never been so shocked, how rude!
