I love this store, Fern, Jon and Matt are very friendly and very helpful and polite, I love the layout and very close to quickly grab the things I need. Very friendly staff.
If I could, I would give this place half a star.. genuinely horrified with this place. The biggest problem I had, was the staff effing and blinding behind the tills and allowing their 'friends' to be served before the queuing customers. Their attitude puts a bad name to the whole place and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. As a supervisor in retail myself, if I knew my team were behaving in this manner; I would be ashamed. I'll be forwarding my experience to their head office. Unbelievable.. I wouldn't normally be phased by this sort of thing knowing the grinds of retail but this was inexcusable behaviour. Not to mention the server "care bear" should be straight onto a disapplinary. Disgraceful.
Great service and friendly staff. There is a post office inside this store too.
Well stocked mall store, ideal for items i have run out of and don't want to go to one of the larger stores
