Was okay our lane kept on having problems which was annoying. But the staff sorted it out every time which was good great service there
Very good place to spend time with friends and family. Great for Birthdays and big events. Sometimes, some little kids come on your lane and score for you for some reason. Staff need to improve the way they watch out.
Loved every second of our time at Hollywood bowl. I went with a 9 year old, a 1 year old, my husband and my mother in law. The restaurant was great with a lot of choice. It was a wonderful place to visit, lots to see and do. A great family outing. I would highly recommend it.
It's improved a little since my last visit, the graphics on the bowling screens are obviously more modern. Service at the drinks bar is as show as ever though, and even though when we went mid afternoon on a Saturday, there was only a single member of staff booking, allocating and taking payment for lanes. We were second in the queue and still waited 10 minutes to be served.
Bog standard bowling alley. Customer service not great. Nice touch that they come round to take drink orders whilst your bowling. Prices were stupid though, 28 for two people to have 2 games... Would not go again at the prices personally. Location is great though with free parking.
